Erm. I was just cooking sausages to make curried sausages, and when I rolled one over, it WRIGGLED!!!!!

I was 100% not hallucinating, I swear. I tried it repeatedly, and on the others. They occasionally didn't wriggle, but most of the time they did.

Oh my gosh, it was freakin creepy.

...There's a perfectly good explaination for this. What oil did you use? Some types of oil can temporarily reanimate dead tissue.

Or it could just be the expanding and unexpanding of the meat in the heat of the pan.
