it will be able to fit A4 100% .
but as for lappy, depends on the size/weight of ur laptop i guess.
For laptop bag, its best to buy those tat is designed to be meant for laptop,cause for bags like this, might break/torn after using it for awhile. as its more meant for books/casual use.
