Anyway, below are three job recruit agencies that are good for Japanese speakers which you can try, :D JAC Pasona Good jobs creation
I used JAC for my first company, Pasona for my 2nd company and Good Jobs Creation for temp/part time intepretation stuff. (But they have full time job offerings too.) I would recommend choosing and applying to only one of the companies at any one time because sometimes their job offerings do clash/overlap and arranging interviews would be rather awkward and tough.

What kind of job are you looking for? They actually have more jobs that they don't post on their website, so it might be better to register with them and when they ask you down for a short interview/meeting, let them know what kind of position and job you are hoping for. Then they will try to introduce suitable jobs/interviews for you, which you are free to turn down if you think those offerings are not suitable.
Personally I'm using Good Jobs Creation for now, and I like their service coz the agent whose helping me is very helpful and not pushy at all.
Haha, I still love Gackt and Jpop lah, but I've fallen totally for Shinhwa too. Oh nooo TwT But i don't know any other Kpop groups other than Shinhwa. lol
