Replacing your own modem is the best idea for the near future. Also solving it yourself will save you a service call.

So glad to hear you don't have a melanoma.

Bummer about Miss M's living situation :-(

We survived Irene and I'm one of the few of my local friends who still has power. Hopefully they won't be out long.
