Silence equals assent

When I first heard about the LJ Boycott a few days ago, I decided not to participate. I wanted to post about my reasons for not participating, because I may or may not actually post something during that time, and if I don't get around to posting anything, I don't want my absence - or silence - to be seen as assent. The anti-semitic aspect is new to me. Wow.

I'm at the point where - if I post, great. If not, ok. I have a lot going on this weekend, so there's a chance I won't. But if I hit a slow spot, I might.

Wow. Thank you for pointing this out, Mays. I've only been paying attention to the boycott kind of out of the corner of my eye and I had no idea this was part of it all.

I'll post on Friday, too. :)
