Oh MAYS!! You just transported me to my childhood and my Grammie's backyard...I can smell 'em...so, so sweet...and so covered with ants. :)

I *love* peonies.

My grandmother had peonies, too! It must be a grammie thing :) I'm glad that you liked the pics. (No ants, surprisingly enough.)

Really. Huh. Nope, we don't have any ants crawling around them. Maybe it's a Canadian peony thing :)

I love Peonies!! even with the ants they are on of my favorites! I love how they look like a bunch of crumpled up flowers all together...and the smell!

I can't smell them :( But I love the way they look (you're right about crumpled up flowers), so large and lush and lovely.
