Well, I'm an uncle.

My sister gave birth to a baby girl, though I don't know the name yet. EDIT: Her name is Isabella Maria DeCesaris-Palumbo. If that isn't the most Woptastic name ever, I don't know what is.

She's healthy, and weighs in at exactly 3 kilograms (6 pounds 10 ounces), and is 49 centimetres long.

Holy crap.

The doctors induced labour early this morning. Due to complications with the delivery, she's currently undergoing a C-section.

My sister Riann (pronounced like Ryan) has been pregnant for just over 8 months now. She's absolutely huge, and we kind of can't believe that she's made it this far ( Read more... )
