According to this Japanese blog, a Persona 3 anime (series or movie though I believe it's the latter based on 2chers' comments) was hinted at the end of the Persona 4 movie.

Hopefully, more news will be posted soon.

No idea.

Since it's just the True End Episode and probably just the missing scenes that will be available in the Director's Cut versions of the episodes, I'm not sure if they will release a DVD/Blu-ray. Though they will probably make more profit doing it... so maybe they will.

I AM FANGIRLING! KYAA~ I'm so excited. The thing is though, P3 is really long. So they will have to cut a lot of the scenes. Everything actually builds up around the time Shinjiro gets [Spoiler (click to open)]shot though. But I can't wait to see Junpei and Minato. Wonder how they'll play Minato's personality.

In the drama CDs, he was pretty quiet and talk only when someone talks to him. His favorite words were "Whatever" and "I don't care" iirc.

And I'm all like FFFUUU about the whole thing. Can't stand the milking anymore, especialy when all we get is pure fanservice without any clues on something new like P5. SMTIV? Sorry, 3DS sucks.

Atlus did say that P5 won't be out for awhile so I don't expect any news any time soon.

As for SMTIV, they said that the DS: Soul Hackers game will contain the first SMTIV trailer. In an interview with Famitsu, they revealed little details about the game:

Hiraoka touched briefly on Shin Megamitensei IV, a game which has been shown only in teaser advertisement form. He promised that the game's selling point will be the proper evolution/advancement of the elements that make up the previous Megaten games. They won't let down current fans, he assured. The battle system will also inherit from the past titles.
