February 5 was my birthday :/ no tornadoes here yet, but I know the feeling. Once the sky starts going green and the wind is bending the trees backwards...

The really bad storms seem to like hitting around here at night, for some reason, which is even more scary because then the signs aren't quite as obvious. Thank goodness for technology.

It does seem like they always show up at night. I don't like waking up at 3 am to thunder rattling the windows.. :(

Me neither. And it's horrible for my dogs, too. Last night's storm had my chihuahua absolutely terrified, even though it wasn't really that bad for us. And I...kind of ducked under the table a few times last night, when things started getting noisy.
