I wanted to show Draco wanting so badly to impress Neville that he would even try to become nice in spite of himself, and see that it's not so bad after all...
I love Luna! I would write more of her if I thought I'd be able to do her proper justice.

Actually I love almost all pairings that include Draco, but this one is one of my particular favourites.
Not knowing too much about plants and not having any time for research I was a bit afraid that I'd get a horticulturist telling me off for writting complete rubbish! Luckily that didn't happen.

I love the way you bring them together, especially that Draco has to take the first steps himself, before Luna steps in and takes him the rest of the way.

The way I thought of it, Draco had to somehow prove himself to Neville, hence Draco taking the first steps. I didn't originally plan on Luna taking control, it just happened as I was writting the scene. Luna has a mind of her own, and just took over!
