What: ALL OF MAYFIELD IS ON SEX MODE -- I mean, the meeting that Cloud called for. And because of what happened the day before, he's a bit nervous. But it's not like he's going to show it, maybe?

Tifa opened the door and managed to look Cloud in the eye. She wasn't going to talk about how they'd been trapped in her bedroom; Cloud was here now for a very different reason.

"Hey," she said. "Come in. I've cleared as much space as I can in the living room."

Of course they weren't going to talk about that. They had some serious business to do. And he was going to do it. "About twenty-three people are going to be here." Okay, maybe he'd talk about it after the meeting, but now wasn't the time. "I just hope most of them commit to being here though."

He wasn't really the type to make speeches, but once in a while, he'd do a huge important one.

"I hope we have enough room..."

She showed him inside, where the living room was indeed almost empty except for the couch and the coffee table.

Tifa indicated the plate of biscuits on the table. "I'll probably be in and out as people arrive, so help yourself. Can I make you a drink?"

...he was kind of hungry. It was tempting, but he decided to pass on the food. For now. Being silent so he could save his voice for later, "I'll just have water." He was still thinking about what happened yesterday.

This was stupid.

T3 had followed Cloud at somewhat of a distance, mainly because he was still keeping an eye out for any spare or discarded parts that he could eventually use. After several months in the town, T3 had to admit that while he was an amazingly skilled droid--beyond his programming, even--he couldn't find a way out of this town without assistance.

It was so zetta wierd...but for some reason beyond his calculations, Sho felt some connection to these people...Cloud, Squall, their respective "girlfriends." Somehow, he felt they'd come from the same square root, even if he'd never met them before coming here. He'd gotten a similar vibe from that Sora kid and the crowd he'd been with, too.

And it's for this reason that Sho is making an actual attempt at being social, and checking out this meeting. After having stalked followed Rinoa here, he sighs, swallows the pride of a being who's just better than the rest of the universe, and knocks on the door.

Being the good hostess, Tifa answered the door quickly and smiled at their guest.

"Come in." She gestured towards the living room.

[ooc: Please tag this thread when your character arrives at Tifa's house. This is just so we know who turns up, since some characters might skulk in a corner and not say anything during the meeting.

Also, please assume that Tifa will welcome them inside, offer refreshments etc. The meeting will take place in Tifa's living room.]

Another day in Mayfield, another plan. Maybe this one would work, but Kaito was running out of ideas, just like Simon was.

The last time they had a meeting like this, after all, they had all ended up brainwashed and starved for a month.

But there was no use in not trying, and he knocked on Tifa's door and waited to be let in, hands in his pockets and a determined expression decorating his features.

Kaito paced up to the house, an annoyed expression set firmly on his face. It deepened into an outright scowl when he saw the other Kaito standing at the door.

He didn't say anything, just stalked up behind the other magician.

Luckily for Kaito, he had the reflexes of a phantom thief, so sneaking up on him wasn't nearly as easy as it looked (for some reason Aoko could do it though...). When he heard the footsteps behind him, he glanced over his shoulder to see who it was.

And immediately whipped around, pulling his card gun out of his pocket and aiming right at the robot's head. He knew the other him wasn't armed, but he wasn't about to take any chances, especially since he knew the clone would probably try to kill him any chance he had.

"What are you doing here?"

THE ACTUAL MEETING.

[ It's Cloud. He's standing up and clearing his throat. Basically, he's trying to get all of your attention. ] Is everyone here now?

The room was certainly crowded enough, Tifa thought. Even if a few people were missing, they probably wouldn't be able to fit in.

Kaito was leaning against the wall on the other side of the room, yawning as he waited for everything to start.
