Also, some headcanon to explain some things about the final episode.
One popular theory regarding how Terra got back to normal is that after Trigon took over the Earth and turned everybody except the Titans to stone, she reveted back to normal along with everyone else when Raven defeated her father and reversed the effects of the petrification . I'm going with this explanation, as there's nothing set in canon exactly to explain how she's no longer a block of stone

Personality:Tara is still essentially Terra, so her personality has not changed much since she's been living as a normal girl. There's still that desire to help people in need, and she's still as friendly and as easy to hang out with as before. She also still cares very much about people, and she's willing to make sacrifices for them. However, she's still also very insecure about herself in regards to certain things, like looks and smarts. And like Terra, she always pretends to be a lot more confident than she actually is in order to provide encouragement to others, as well as to hide how she has such little faith in herself. Her low self-esteem as Terra stemmed from the fact that she had so little control over her powers, and this has bled into her new life as Tara. She herself can't explain why she doesn't have any confidence in herself now, except that she gets a nagging feeling that she can't do anything right. Tara also has Terra's tendency to act on her emotions rather than think things through properly. For example, Terra

Abilities: Tara is an absolutely normal person. However, she still has her abilities to control the earth, just that she's completely forgotten how to use them. She will eventually remember her life as Terra, and as such she will be able to access those powers when she does. With her earth powers, she can control and manipulate the earth into different shapes and sizes as well as command them to move however she likes. In the show, she's shown to use a rock as a platform to fly through the air, create a fist out of solid rock, and hurl rocks as projectiles at her enemies. She even made earth golems at one point to do her bidding. Her ability to manipulate earth extends to substances with earth inside; she could control the mud by manipulating the earth inside it.
She's also adequate when it comes to fighting without her powers, though she's not as good as Robin. I'd put her on the same level as Raven. However, while she may be lacking these skills as Tara, if she were to relearn how to fight she will pick it up very quickly.
