[If they make it to the road, the bear will back off. However, as long as they are still off road, the bear will continue to chase them, trying to swipe at them with its paw.

Magical attacks do not appear to be working on it. The bullet, on the other hand, buries itself into the bear's shoulder, leaving it obviously wounded. But it appears to be angry enough to ignore the wound.]

[Oh, well in that case! Yes, he is alive. Sort of. This is the god of bears we're talking about, here; the pool of blood is pretty big and the lacerations and bite are pretty numerous.

Which is awesome. Klaus is having the time of his life, you guys don't even. Funny, that the time of his life involves keeping a hand clamped over his side at all costs so that his organs don't start migrating into the outside world.]
