Emotional Eating

Cranky and upset

Lunch =
1 Chicken Pad Thai
1 Can Lemonade
1 Phone conversation with my Mum
1 cup Tiramisu gelato
(I don't even want to calculate how much sugar is there!)

Feeling slighty better now.

On the upside Lite n Easy arrives tonight. And I've started walking home from work (about 35 - 40 mins). Cunning plans afoot, stay tuned.

It's ok to have "bad" days, don't dwell on it and move along.
Sending hugs and making sure my shoes are ready to walk around Circular Quay. :D

Thanks. I'll tell you about it tomorrow - might need to be a vigorous and fast walk to deal with the fury inside.
