WOW. Yes, that sounds so very stressful and scary BUT! But but but. Now you can see!
That's so amazing. I'm so glad for you!

And it sounds to me like you were very brave.
*hugs*

I am fascinated for two big reasons:

1. My mom has had radial keratopathy surgery and glaucoma surgery and injections for wet macular degeneration and will be going to cataract surgery soon. So, yeah, very familiar with eye stuff, although not specifically your issues.

2. When my dad passed several years ago, we donated his corneas. He was too ill to be a viable donor, but he was blind in one eye, had had surgery to correct the lazy nature of it so it wasn't noticable. We knew it was important to him that we did that. I never knew what was entailed in that procedure.

Finally and MOST IMPORTANTLY, glad it seems to be a success. You're already noting improvement, YAY! I wish you a speedy recovery and that you're off all the crazy drops I know you must be on soon!

Feel better!!!!!

This is super awesome! Not being scared (sweet Lord, I would be, too), but the fact that you can SEE and it will get even BETTER! :)
