I went to see Super 8 with my sisters this afternoon, came home and had bratwurst, broccoli, and cake (not at once), then went and saw Green Lantern with my mom, and have plans to see X-Men later with my dad and possibly mom and other people.

Birthday = SUCCESSINATED.

LOL!! WOW! I saw Green Lantern and I liked it, how was Super 8? I wanted to go see it but no one else was up for it... I used to go by myself but now I'll probably wait for it to come out on DVD unless it is really really awesome.

Super 8 is very, very awesome, but it's better to go with someone else so you can clutch their arm and scream into their ear at the many, many jump scenes. Of which there are many.

It's really good. The most Spielbergian of Abrams's films, though he does insist on using that sideways flare constantly. (OMG! Teh dirt is somehow shiny!)
