What I do see tends to be slash, as in, Castiel ascends and then Jimmy and Dean get it on. Which...I can see why some people like it, but what about his wife and child? To me, a huge part of his character is his devotion to his family, so those fics seem wildly OOC. then again, maybe the writer actually deals with that--I don't know since I don't think I've actually read one, just seen in them in passing. O.o

People should write more Jimmy/Amelia, I guess is what I'm saying. Or even gen Jimmy. That would be awesome. I'm sure Jimmy would have a lot to say about what his body has been up to for the past two years.

Yeah, I agree. I don't mind the slash as long as it's explained well. I just want Jimmy. A lot.
