See, the night the last seal on Lucifer's prison was broken, there was a lot going on - Zachariah was gloating about how his plan was working perfectly, Raphael was pissed about being stuck on guard duty, Anna was plotting her revenge in the brig, and Michael was watching TV.

TV in Heaven is way more awesome than TV on Earth; it gets every channel that was, every channel there is, and every channel there will be, and it's like the ultimate TiVo machine. It also gets 24-hour-news everywhere in the world, because you've gotta have coverage like that if you're gonna claim to be the Agents of Fate. (Hilarious!) I've modded my set to do basically the same thing, except the news part, because that's just boring.Anyway, so Michael was tuned into the St. Mary's Sam Getting ( ... )

Don't get too excited: Zach and Cas don't actually interact. I'm reacting to the new twist in Zachariah's characterization. But holy crap, basically everything I've posited about Zachariah's nature for the fic has been proven utterly true.

Tell me: Why can I write about zachariah doing horrible things to cas, but I can't watch zach kiss Mary up the arm? Because, holy crap. what the hell. Thanks, Show, I didn't need that, and neither did Dean.

Now I'm going to have to write the fic where Castiel takes that bad dream away from Dean like a million times over.

I don't know, but that was TOTALLY CREEPY. Maybe because she's Dean's MOM and she just stood there smiling about it. Whereas Cas, well, who doesn't like to see him get a good whumping?
