They were a day's drive away when Castiel appeared in the back of the Impala.

"You were not kind." He announced flatly,

"Huh?" came the puzzled chorus from the front seat.

"Because you did not find her sexual attractive, you treated her with distain and undervalued her."

"What the fuck are you talking about, Cas?" Dean sputtered.

Sam turned around in the seat. "Are you talking about the librarian in Berkeley Springs?"

Castiel scowled.

"He's right," Sam turned back. "You weren't very nice."

"You did not stop him, Sam." Castiel added. Sam nodded in guilty agreement.

"Oh, for Christ's sake," Dean sputtered. "She was just a librarian"She was thinking of how much Sam looked like another man she had seen before; John Winchester ( ... )

Oh, I love this. You tell 'em, Cas! I love Dean, I do, but sometimes his manners leave a lot to be desired, especially toward less-attractive women.
