My netbook power cord got broked. This is what I get for having pet rats and letting them run around my room, obviously, even though the nest they made in my sock drawer is incredibly adorable (AHAHAHA THEY KEEP STEALING MY MAXI PADS AND SCRUNCHIES TO PAD IT WITH), and next time of course I will try to do a better job of protecting my cords, ( Read more... )

It does, but I typically spend Thursday evenings with a group of friends, so I can't watch it live and I don't have a Tivo or anything. (Next week we are going to play ZOMBIES and dress up for it to take photos for make-a-cards. IT WILL BE AWESOME.)

I'm sorry your having tech trouble. Maybe you could try that bitter "no chew" stuff they use for dogs?

Anyway, yes, USPS is made of fail. I'm so sorry for you. I've had few successful, speedy transactions with them. (Merciful heaven, they want to run our health care system too!?! Shudder!!!) Good luck!

I've mentioned it before, and the offer always stands; I record SPN to my DVR with harddrive and DVD burner, and would be glad to rip you a copy and mail it to you.

Since I know you watch the show, and will buy yourself a copy of the DVD set, and since no profit is made on the transaction I don't think we're breaking any laws.

My transmission of this week's ep wasn't very clean and it had several instances of digital breakup and stuttering, but usually the quality is pretty good since I have HD cable.

Let me know. If you PM'd me a mailing address I could have it in the mail tomorrow (Fri).

I keep them in a cage, too, but I let them run around when I'm home. Which, yeah, means that they must have nibbled it right under my nose. :p They're going back in the cage for a while, now.

I feel for you. My battery does not even hold a charge anymore. And this is the second one. Without a power cord I would be dead. But seriously...do you really have pet rats and let them run free or is that an inside joke?

I have had batteries do that, too. Sounds like you need a new one. Annoying, huh?

Yeah, I do have pet rats. I've even posted pics and vids of them here before. I keep them in a cage but I also let them run around some when I'm home. I love 'em, even though they can be destructive little beasties. ♥
