Just had to take a moment to comment (especially seeing as how I'm a new mom), but this was freakin' adorable. I can totally see Dean slipping back into old habits of taking care of a baby cause I'm sure he did more than his share of taking care of Sam at that age. Which honestly breaks my heart a little, cause he was four at the time, but still. And Sam is totally right, Dean would make a great dad, cause we've already seen the product. *hugs*
