Guh. I made the mistake of reading back over some of Prantik's emails from just before / during / just after the breakup while cleaning out my inbox. Big mistake. Now I feel nauseous, literally. I'd forgotten somehow just what an awful time period that was.

sorry to hear it. what makes me physically nauseous is flax-seed bread on my roast beef sandwiches. that stuff is nasty, but it must be a thousand times nastier to feel emotionally nauseous simultaneously, even without a nasty sandwich.
