Funny how abstract art gets more appealing & more interesting as you get older....before my eyes would pass right over it, but now I want to plaster my room with Pollock, Rabi Khan and Picasso & lie on my back and stare for hours. You can get inside of them more, somehow; they leave room for meditation. Like paintings of suggestions for prayers.

art, change

So you're a dreamer, an artist and a ~religious christian? That's an interesting mix. You remind me of another girl named Chelsea I met my freshman year of college (Drew University).. She would speak a bit in the way you do (boyfriends with expiration dates? Heh), but she was clearly obsessed by France and she spoke of her then-boyfriend as though he would last forever. She had a website called quark something, as I recall... *shrug* If that's you in the picture, I don't think you're her (and she'd be 23 or so, and I have no idea how old you are), but it's a funny coincidence.

Where does your mind take you when you daydream?

Similarities in age aside, I've never been anywhere near Drew, so funny coincidence indeed. Especially since she'd be the first non-canine I've met who shares my name, same spelling & everything. (I seem to have an inordinate number of golden retrievers named after me, for some reason. Makes it difficult to go to the park, always someone peremptorily hollering your name and telling you to drop the stick and get in the car.)

Where doesn't it?

I've always found it to be a charming name, but too rarely found on a girl :)
I hope you have a good thanksgiving.. I'm quite enjoying reading what you write, but it's very scarce! :)
