its typical that in a story the heroine waits for the hero.

what i wondr though... whatever the reason that led him to leave her, consequencially that reason would modify him. So. when he returns, would he be the same person & feel the same abt her as he used to?
And her..although she lacks sleep, what if she dreams more than she's ought to?

typical from teh tradtional point of view, but quite atypical in reality
(or maybe not). There is a lot of untold in every sentence here, the feelings are as naive as they are wrong. She will never see him again..

on a similar note, we see faces frequently and yet give no recognition to the expressions on those faces.
Passing through S'pore airport frequently, I drop by at the Tiffeny&Co shop and ask the same girl to show me the same tension mounted ring. She doesn't recognise me. Everytime she asks the same- "do u have her fingr size?".
I'm yet to tell her that my 'her' is long gone, but I'm waiting for the glimpse of recognition on her face.
