I was out on the street asking people to sign a petition for the repeal of SOCPA (a law here in the UK which prevents people protesting within 1km of Parliament without having applied for permission from the police a minimum of 6 days in advance). The police aren't allowed to deny authorisation but actually they sometimes do and, if they don't, they're allowed to put any conditions they like on it. All to get rid of this man. Anyhow, so I was in the street asking people to sign this petition when this guy basically insinuated that I was lying and that the law does not even exist. It's been in place for nearly 3 years now and has had a lot of publicity in the UK. I could not believe, A, that he'd never heard of it and, B, that he thought I was making it up. It was so strange. I was like, no... a load of politicians have just gone to Downing Street in protest... look it up... just totally baffled. I couldn't understand. I told some other people who are there campaigning regularly and they told me it's not that uncommon. So weird

Uh...yeah...I'd give a pass on the States right now...see what happens this year...but we know it's more than this country or that country...an ethical shift has to occur in the human's crust.
But when I need hope, I remember that it only took one more piece of Matter than Anti-Matter...and here we are...and on the lip of great change...our truth, the constant axle around which the wheel turns.
