I'm kind of livejournal illiterate and I cant figure out how to send u a message back, even though i did it before, so im gonna respond here. Its actually a good thing that you didnt get to see me today bc its too soon after your friend's passing for you to make contact. I wouldnt have been able to find them. I know it sucks, bc now is the time that you want to make contact the most, but in general, I'd say to wait about 4-6 months. some spirits take a while to make the transition from our realm to theirs, especially if their passing was unexpected.
