There's a documentary called The Orgasmic Birth, which advocates for natural childbirth and which also reveals that some women experience an orgasm as the baby exits the birth canal

I witnessed my sister's birth, and she even had drugs (eventually) and I can't imagine anything more un-orgasmic than the birth process, short of a painful death itself. Hell, even my period without the baby is an ordeal to make me wish for death!
