None of these shots are great but I wanted to post them here for posterity's sake if nothing else. I'm busy as hell with RL so I'm adding very little commentary. Hubby found out midday yesterday that he was working waaaaaay up north as of today and right through the weekend so I may or may not see him before I head to Vancouver on Monday and his

Nice pics! I used to watch tennis so much when I was younger and was all caught up in both mens and women's matches. Now I'm not sure who is who-lol. But still-loved these pics! And seeing you!!! :P But ;((( I hope everything works out for the before time of your trip.

Thanks! Hubby being out of town is far from tragic but I'd really counted on having this weekend to prepare (which included some shopping for me and for gifts for the friends I'll be staying with) and, now with him away, with 6 dogs, just booting out the door to run errands is such a production when I'm solo. With hubby home, I don't have to think twice about such things. I'm a big girl though so will survive. Boy was I over-thinking and stressing big time last night and for a short time at the end of my work day today.

I kind of lost my interest in tennis during the Pete Sampras era (no offense to him) but have been back into it again for the last 5 years or so. This is the second time I've seen matches live, and likely my last but, BOY did Tami and I have a blast *g*

I understand-but it's always nice knowing there's another person to help out so you can do those errands. :) It's why I appreciate my neighbor(as I have no hubby just yet-lol). But I do hope it works out for you!
Ack. Pete Sampras was never on my list either. Blergh. LOL. I need to get back into the groove though! I've never been to a match? Unless you count the ones my classmates were in-heee! But I would love it! I hope that you can go again sometime-it sounds wonderful! And sharing these trips with a good friend is even more awesome!

I would guess that tennis is a lot like any other pro sport, it's far more fun when you're there, live? I honestly have never watched much beyond Andre' Agassi, but if I see it on, I'll watch it more now than I used to.

OUCh for hubby being gone! That's no fun. And I forget you're heading out so much before we are. Hope things come together easily for you!

You know? I actually almost prefer the comfort of watched the matches on TV in my home with perhaps the extremely exciting Federer match as the exception. I could elaborate on why when we get together but I'm sure we'll have plenty more to talk about when we get together ;)

Monday is coming way too fast!!! Esp. with Wayne out of town now. Even dealing with the puppy breeder... I've just emailed to tell him he won't be able to talk to us both together over the weekend. No huge deal... none of this is. But it's still a royal PITA ::sigh::
