So we just got the news that the FBRN REJECTED us on adopting Ralphie. To say I'm upset is an understatement. I'm also really, really pissed off because their reasons for doing so were downright stupid

I hate how shelters make you jump through hoops to adopt a dog. We had problems like this when my parents wanted to adopt a healthy dog! There's a lot of dogs out there who need homes, and a lot of great people willing to care for them, just let them adopt!

Nope, he's still available and his bio hasn't changed at all. Poor guy, I think about him every day.
