Well, it was after all a Browncoat Ball event, and I believe that is an original Inara costume. :) That is, a costume created by Shawna Trpcic (IMDb) and worn by Morena Baccarin on a little show called Firefly. It is possible that I am incorrect about this, in which case she's wearing it because it's at least remeniscent of such an outfit.

It unfortunatly is not a Shauna Trpcic and was not worn by Morena Baccarin, It is however a Kelli Baker worn by Kelli Baker. I made something i thought that Inara would wear. So.... ya there ya go.

Thanks for the additional URLs, Jen! =) I actually had the one you labelled Wyobar already, under the names Norm and Barb, as that was how they posted the URL to one of the CA Browncoats lists.
