About the tension headache..

Do you grind your teeth alot? Or even in your sleep(if you know)?

I'll go google some homeopathic remedies that might just cure that ail of yours. And if it's already settled then I'll just give you the links about it incase it ever happens again.

Actually, since you said that, I've been catching myself grinding my teeth a lot... would that really cause it? And it's cleared up a bit, but it kinda comes and goes now in the same exact spot, so I'm not sure if it's really gone or not. Any and all help is much appreciated!! ^_^
