Awww Tony doesn't want to be Lokis enemy. Can't blame him. I love it how he tries to not change Loki and take him as he is.

Heh, Tony's smarter than he looks sometimes. He knows that asking Loki to do something is the easiest way to get him *not* to do it. And Loki's always three steps ahead of everyone, so I figured he would deal with Fury first. ;)
