I sleep anywhere from Midnight to 2, wake up anytime between 10 and 12, depending if I have to work. If I have to open the store, it's up at 5:30 and asleep at 12.
i'm under the impression that 8 hours of sleep is optimal. at least according to journals. but you know, i prefer 9 or 10. 8 is all i allow though. with these weird headaches, less than 8 sucks quite a lot.
whenever i find myself in or out of bed. and sometimes i lay there for hours not able to sleep but for some reason wanting to. i don't get out of bed unless i want or have too.
Lately I've tended to crash around 5:30 after I get home from work and wake up at 10:00 PM. If I manage to stay awake in the afternoons I become drowsy at 10 and wake up at 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM. I know - it is a bad habit, but most of my friends are up and about at those hours.
