Erg, *waves red flag*

Okay. So I have a vaguely new video iPod. I also have ahh, videos that I did not get from iTunes but want to put said videos into my iPod. Someone said "Hwey just drag and drop into iTunes and then into iPod folder" but that isn't working. Anyone else willing to help a girl out? I need something to watch before my trip tomorrow.

*face palms*, shameless plug

Er... how did I do this again...

First you need to make sure they are in the proper formats (iPods don't play all video formats, unfortunately), though, like .mov or .mp4 (I think) or something like that.

Then, in iTunes, under Library, select either Movies or TV Shows, whichever you like, this is also where you'll find them on your iPod once uploaded. Once that part of the library is selected, go under the File tab at the top, then select Add File to Library, then look for your file, and double click on it.

Mind you, this is all under Windows, not sure if you're on a PC or Mac.

Hi, found your LJ through ouvretesyeux, which is brilliant, btw.

Anyway, yeah files need to be in the right format. I use this site to convert things:

You can also take stuff from youtube, just go to the download part and put in the link. I steal acquire most of my torchwood vids that way for my ipod.
