Today is Luciadagen, St Lucia's day, one of the most widely celebrated holidays in Sweden, arguably bigger than Christmas. (Well, Christmas is a family thing, whereas Lucia is more like a nationwide, carol-singing, candle-lighting procession.)

Either way, yes, they do know how to make music, I've always thought.
Stockholm is gorgeous. I've been twice, too, strictly speaking, but the second time was a series of visits while I did my exchage term at Uppsala university.
