And I kept thinking was 'Autons!' and 'Rose is back?' Too bad she wasn't as pretty as Rose Tyler.

Exactly, me too. XD And I didn't even notice the part about Lisa dating "a doctor named Matt" until someone mentioned it online. I wish I knew if they did all of that on purpose.
