So, no spring break after all. My boss was astute enough to notice that his technician and grad students are grant-funded and the grants didn't budget for a week of no-work/yes-pay, so our lab at least will be working through the "break." I kind of figured that that would happen, but it's disappointing to have a vacation dangled in front of you

My work count down made it to one. It had started increasing at one point. But now I'm at zero! Flying home tomorrow morning!
Good luck with the Paperweight (I like the name). I can't believe that such an expensive piece of equipment could sit around being useless for so long.
