Ok, so it looks like LJ's oh-so-wonderful new interface locked up when I tried to post a comment, did post a comment but put no text in it, and now offers me the option of editing that comment, with no intention of actually following through on that offer. GREAT JOB, LIVEJOURNAL.

So, basically: this sounds yummy-yummy and actually not all that bad if you're exerting moderation with the ingredients and how fast you consume the resulting onigiri.
