Can't read it. But I'll bet it says Billy Kane is a bad-ass.

No question there. But I know there's also a part saying something along the lines of Duck being a man to be envied; that's based on the scene in the movie where Billy gives Duck the bouquet. I was just hoping for a better translation than my dictionary is giving me. D:
