30 Rock "Hogcock / Last Lunch" - Loved all those moments too (the Mickey Rourke thing KILLED me, I loved Jenna looking aside too), but I never thought they were implying Tracy and Jenna are the same. They interact well as empty-headed celebrities (and there have been episodes that comment on that's what fame does to you), but there were many instances of Tracy not going too far and dialing it back to help out Kenneth. Jenna needs a pill to feel emotion. I think the emotional draw to this episode was Liz confronting Jack and saying he's not fit to be a mentor. Glad we saw a glimpse one year later and a hundred years later. Kenneth...isn't the greatest NBC head, though

30 Rock: The Mickey Rourke gag was so great because it was seven years in the the making. Talk about a joke that slowly builds!
The Magicks Of Megas-Tu: Yes, the producers confirmed it in the DVD interviews.
Mudd's Passion: Torchwood too. Joss Whedon and Buffy did a real service to the female fandom community with that episode. Captain Kirk and others like him used to get complete passes for stuff like that but Buffy put it into perspective. It will never get enough credit from me for that even if the rest of season six sucked.
The Ambergris Element: I think of Judy Blume's "Blubber" first, THEN Futurama.
Star Trek Connection: M'Ress' race never showed up again but I believe Arix's species was name-checked a couple of times on Enterprise.
30 Rock: I kind of wonder if they did that and wanted Rourke to appear but if he couldn't, they knew they could go with the joke of Jenna never having met him. I wondered about David Blaine, too.
Mudd's Passion: At least Star Trek had the excuse of using it back in the day, but attitudes should've changed by now. I give Buffy credit for that too, but for me, the highest point of season six will always be "Once More With Feeling".
30 Rock: I'm guessing they never invited Rourke. The joke they went out on was much funnier anyways.
Mudd's Passion: Once More With Feeling was the other highlight. However, I will concede that the episode that we were talking about, (that addressed the rape issue) wasn't very good otherwise.
Lokar. Aside from the fact that Lucifer was portrayed as a good guy on Trek he was supposedly one of the weaker aliens of his species. It was a REALLY interesting portrayal of Lucifer.
