Futurama: This was the first of the new episodes that I honestly enjoyed like the classics. Hermes and the Bender vs octopus scene stood out in my mind.

Agreed. If they put out more episodes like this I'll be very happy.

Proposition Infinity - I thought that at first glance, especially considering Amy she is Kif's fon fon roo, but I feel like Amy needs to still be just a little slutty every now and then. And it was easier to hook up two characters we already knew. The ending made me forgive it.

Duh-Vinci - I thought the same thing about Millionaire, but at least it had Morbo (although Deal or No Deal would've been better). American Dad was better with the mystery, I just liked them meeting that robot, it was funny. That planet was nuts, I do like the message with Fry, but I'm wondering how the people of that planet compare to the Globetrotters.

Proposition Infinity: Exactly. The ending made me forgive everything. I didn't exactly love the episode but I wasn't infuriated with it like I am at some of the more recent episodes of The Simpsons.

Duh-Vinci: The Globetrotters are probably smarter. How smart are they? They know that just being COOL makes you sound even smarter than you already are. The Duh-Vinci planet was full of geeks you couldn't take seriously.

The problem I have (and I admit it's nitpicky) is with Farnsworth. He was able to work with the Globetrotters as an equal in terms of intellect, but he was dumb compared to everyone on the Duh-Vinci planet.

I honestly have a feeling the Globetrotters were being nice to him. He's been portrayed as a complete moron before and it's hard to really believe this guy is an intellectual equal to Bubblegum Tate.

I'm probably wrong and if the Da Vince Planet met the Globetrotters the writers would take the easy way out and make the Da Vinci's smarter than the Globetrotters but if I wrote the show I'd say they were equals but the Globetrotters were smarter because they were cooler.
