Sidekicks Assemble

That was the first Nightwing costume in the comics.

Clash of the Metal Men

Yes, these teasers are going somewhere cool and little patience required. About as cryptic as I can get. ;)

Lost

Agreed. Check out my LJ on it, when you have time. I'd like to see your take on my theories.

Heroes

On this one board, some people are obsessed about arguing how Richard, the telekinetic that killed Noah's wife, is Samson Gray. lol.

Sidekicks Assemble: I know. It's still hideous.

Clash Of The Metal Men: I hope so because they are really frustrating me now.

Lost. Definitely. I'll do that right now.

Sidekicks Assemble: I liked it. It's very flashy and definitely an homage to his showmanship days as a Flying Grayson and like growing into his own act.

Clash of the Metal Men: Trust me on this, Matt. If there's one and only one, thing, trust me. But it's odd, you're the only person I've come across that is getting frustrated with these Starro teasers.

I'm frustrated with the teasers because they seem to be randomly following up on them instead of being continued week to week. So you basically never know when the next installment is coming. I love continuity heavy shows but whenever JLU did multiple parters they were aired on consecutive weeks so you never had to wait too long. I'm annoyed at V's hiatus for the same reason.

How does the Simpsons version of Fountainhead compare with the novel?

I've never read the book and I never intend to. I've had it up to here with Libertarian nonsense.

I got it out the library once out of morbid curiosity and couldn't get more than a quarter of the way through. I showed it to a classmate who declared it to be the most boring thing he'd ever read (and he'd never heardof Ayn Rand or Objectivism, so that's an unbiased opinion)

Although we all got some lulz out of the brilliant opening sentence: "Howard Rourke stood on the clifftop, naked."

Lisa Simpson called it "The Bible for right-wing losers" in the episode and she was right.

My memory of these episodes aren't that great. I know they're recent, but still, I've only seen them once. I do remember them being pretty funny, though. What happened in "Double Double" and "Dangerous Curves"?

Mypods - It was great hearing Dan do his Genie again, although he voiced him in the Kingdom Hearts video games, which wasn't too long before this episode. Also, that episode where Krabapple wins that teacher award and he voices the Robin Williams-like teacher sounded like his Genie.

Lisa the Drama Queen - Yeah, her new friend was off from the very beginning, which is good because it made the rest of the episode not come from totally out of nowhere.

Gone Maggie Gone - Probably the most creative and my favorite episode of the season.

Eeny Teeny - I don't see how they had to break up at the end, I mean, Moe just needed to learn to be a little more comfortable around her, and those jokes would've stopped.

Four Great Women - Episode still weirds me out due to lack of Bart.

Double Double was The Prince And The Pauper parody with Bart changing places with the rich kid. Dangerous Curves was the episode with the flashbacks to Homer meeting Flanders and Homer and Marge nearly cheating on each other.

Mypods: Interesting.

Lisa the Drama Queen: I can't believe I forgot to put the best line in my review. Upon Bart suggesting Lisa get her Juliet a Charleston Chew Lisa says "What is this, Brooklyn in the twenties? Don't just say stuff." Runs off to do an edit.

Eeny Teeny: Agreed. I miss the eighth and ninth seasons where the show wasn't so afraid of shaking up the status quo.

Four Great Women: Didn't Bart appear in the framing story? I can't remember.

Ah, now I get the Dangerous Curves hate.

Bart may've appeared in the framing story, I've only seen the episode once but was trying to remember if he was around at all.

I'm pretty sure he showed up at least once in the framing story. But I'm not positive.

Disciple - I don't find any of the Oliver stuff weird, he's supposed to contrast and supplement the kind of hero Clark is, so it's good to get the occasional darker episode like this ( ... )

Clash Of The Metal Men: Yeah, I liked it too. Sidekicks assemble was pretty good too but I hated the Nightwing costume.

Dial Meg For Murder: That WAS hilarious.

Beginner Pottery: At least Community hasn't overstayed it's welcome like Scrubs has. We'll see if it's still better than J.D. and Turk in nine years.

Sweetums: Have they ever said Andy's age? I always thought he was supposed to be in his early to mid twenties (as was Ann). There's probably a bigger age difference between Mark and Ann than there is with Andy and April.

Sabre: Nobody could be as bad as Jan. Jan did the impossible. She almost made you sympathize with Micheal Scott.

I thought Andy was late 20's to early 30's, but a recent episode did confirm that April is only 20 and it freaks Andy out a bit.

I doubt Andy's in his early thirties. He doesn't act like it at all. I find late twenties unlikely too but it's at least plausable.
