Lost: Yeah, we should have gotten a Danielle flashback before the producers killed her off. However now more questions are raised by the sickness that we thought were already answered.

Heroes: Agreed about HRG. It's a bit out of character. And I hope Daphne isn't dead too.

Amy Acker and Eliza Duchku already appeared together when Faith visited Angel in season four.

Lost: Mmm, I just think as general as I can in regards to the Sickness. I think if you don't have a certain gene in you, you can't adjust to the properties of the Island (sort of like applying to be an astronaut) and go nutty. The Others like to refer to this as being "chosen by Jacob," as if he protects them from the Sickness. I like how there are more answers than questions these days. I'd like to see who the original Others are, the ones who made the hieroglyphics. I don't think even Richard is and he's like at least in his 70's ( ... )

Lost: See, that's what I thought about the sickness too but this episode clearly tied it to the Monster. Maybe Danielle was wrong about that but she seemed to be the only one last week who had no direct contact with Smokey. And yes, I LOVE how they are actually answering questions now and not raising as many new ones.

Dollhouse: I miss Angel and the entire Buffyverse. Comic books aren't cutting it for me.

Heroes expectations are low enough to consider this a good episode. Not that invested in the Sylar story, though.

I'm glad that the impending doom future is an ongoing thing for Wolverine and the X-Men. It is based on one of the most well known X-Men stories, after all.

I hated that Clark and Lana were broken up by circumstance and not by choice, but I thought Toyman was awesome. He wasn't as creepy as the Doomsday one, but he was still threatening.

I don't intend to watch Dollhouse, but I don't think I'll be reading spoilers either...just in case.

Heroes: Agreed. It's almost a good thing that the expectations are now so low. It makes the new volume easier to enjoy.

X-Men: Was that story ever resolved in the comics? That will tell me how I will feel about it.

Why won't you be watching Dollhouse?

X-Men continuity is tricky because so many writers changed in the 90's, many plots were left dangling or changed from the way they were originally going. I believe Days of Future Past was prevented when Phoenix (the daughter of Cyclops and Jean Grey) traveled back in time to the present and joined the X-Men. The traitor issue (the reason Bishop came back in time) was resolved when it turned out that Professor X himself was the traitor, an earlier battle with Magneto left some of him in Xavier's mind, and it warped him, eventually turning him into Onslaught. With Bishop's help, they stopped Onslaught and returned Xavier to normal.

I won't be watching Dollhouse because I don't want it to be run out of order or canceled after one season. Thankfully in this day and age, if it starts picking up steam and is a pretty solid hit, I can easily catch up with DVDs.

X-Men: They REALLY shouldn't have used that issue on the old show until it had been resolved in the comics. That's just lame to leave the audience dangling. Good to know what WOULD have happened.

Dollhouse: It's a Cath-22. If people don't WATCH the show it won't be a hit. At least read my review. I think if you realize that the show isn't going to be as addictive as either the Buffyverse or Firefly you might change your mind.
