Futurama's one of those few shows that went out on a high note. The last set of episodes was really strong, and "Leela's Homeworld" and "Jurassic Bark" both kill me. I'm glad they got to pay off the Nibbler stalk in the pilot finally (although the Nibblonian line about Leela didn't get an explanation).

Where No Fan Has Gone Before - My most watched episode. It's one of my favorites.

Farnsworth Parabox - Call me crazy, but I think it should've been a two-parter.

Three Hundred Big Boys - I don't get the criticism. It was a good episode. And like the New Justice Team one, I think it gives us a good look at future New York/America, which I thought we didn't get enough of.

Spanish Fry - This episode has the lowest brow humor of any episode, and yet I still find it hilarious.

Where No Fan Has Gone Before: Agreed. It's a keeper. You CAN watch it over and over again and discover something new each time.

Farnsworth Parabox: Could you explain what you mean? The episode was tight and was so great because it didn't have any padding.

Three Hundred Big Boys: The criticism came from the fact that Matt Wilson rarely has any idea what he's talking about. He can write REALLY well but a LOT of his complaints about any given thing are totally without merit and way off base.

Spanish Fry: I like it a lot too although I don't think the humor is really that low-brow. Just sexual in nature which in my mind is a different thing. The only really low-brow thing about the humor was Bender's snaps of Fry and those were SUPPOSED to be low-brow.

I just wanted to see more of the alternate realities in Farnsworth. It was cool how they went through so many and had that quick pace, but it left me wondering what those other universes were like.

Is Matt Wilson still writing reviews? I had kind of hoped he fled in shame.

I was referring to Bender's comments being low brow and funny. It's like when Michael Scott uses "That's what she said". It's funny not just because of what it is but because of the situation it's used in and how people react to it.

Parabox: Ah, makes sense. But I think the brief glimpses we got were tantalizing enough. If we had looked at more of the universes more closely we might have become disappointed.

Three Hundred Big Boys: I think he changed his user name to Matt Hazuda or something. But he WAS gone for a while although I doubt it was because of shame because he's shameless.

Spanish Fry: Gotcha.

Season four is my favorite season of Teen Titans. Like all the season finales, I think it does cop out to some degree. I just feel like none of the threats set up early on reach their full potential or are resolved the most logically. Still, season four is awesome, and the fight scenes in "TROQ" and "Stranded" are some of the best choreographed team fight scenes I've ever seen ( ... )

Birthmark: The episode is just so great from start to finish. It hits a high for the series in terms of voice acting and dialog. My very favorite episode (Can I Keep Him is a close second).

Troq: Starfire was non-threatening up to that point in the series. We learned Tamaranians are warriors in Betrothed but we never got that sense from Starfire in that episode.

Stranded: Then it was just badly handled. Honestly they've done MUCH better shipping stuff with Robin and Star in Date With Destiny.

Mother Mae-Eye: I honestly don't know what to think about the episode. It is just so far out and plain scary that I can't judge it fairly.

The End: Much better than Things Change at any rate. But I think Trouble in Tokyo was a pretty good capper too.

The problem with Robin and Starfire is they can't actually be put together. Date with Destiny was a good set-up/introduction, but it couldn't have gone further than that (or the bits in Betrothed).

I love Things Change and constantly defend it, but The End would've worked just as well for a finale, maybe even better in some regards.

Why can't they get together? Didn't they date in the Comics? Does this mean that since they ARE together now because of Trouble in Tokyo that we can't see Teen Titans in a new story again? I seriously don't see the problem with putting them together.

Things Change was a good episode but a horrible LAST episode. I would have been upset if Trouble in Tokyo hadn't come along. As it stands it's a really good PENULTIMATE episode rather than a good last one.
