My 2nd (and last) high school girlfriend also turned out to be a lesbian! Sadly, she also turned out to be kind of crazy, so I had to cut her loose not long after she tracked me down online a couple of years back.
I have one of those. She had a crush on me in 9th grade. She seems so far to be Jesus-lite, but you never know when the Holy Ghost will decide to reclaim her soul.
remind me to tell you about the absurd word-battle alonso and i have going on with a newly born-again person we knew back in texas. the shit is insane. he converts to evangelical christianity and suddenly he knows everything.
Add me to the list. My one and only high-school girlfriend, Sherri, friended me on Facebook and I took the opportunity to apologize to her (for dumping her and stuff, all because I couldn't come out to her). She was very sweet about it!
She's living in Pennsylvania now and has three kids! Makes me feel old!
I somehow managed to find girls that were OK with just dating as "friends". But as I recall (it was a while ago) the girls were just as likely to be horndogs as guys ... or at least could be very put out if you didn't at least make an attempt to molest them. :>)
I managed to avoid junior prom - instead went to the Pines Drive-In with a bunch of other guys, got drunk watching "Flesh Gordon" + some other movie and having a "how far can you shoot" j/o contest (but none of us were gay, oh no). Senior Prom I went with a girl I had been friends with since grammar school; entirely platonic & we had a great time.
