Food pr0n - Sweet n Sour Turkey

I've never been particularly good at making sauces - a roux tends to end up being gritty or a gravy being weak. Last night, I was cooking a stiryfry and noticed some oranges in the fruit bowl adjacent to the hob, and came up with the idea of making a sweet'n'sour sauce. Sounds like an interesting sauce. Never had one involving an orange, what does it taste like?

You can taste the orange flavour; it's not lost amongst the other flavours because very few strong ingredients went in. It tastes sweet and sour, as the title suggests ;-) If you like chinese then you'll probably like it.
