Ha ha! I love his stance! XD He's my Peter Pan: He's a boy who never wants to grow up! =D
And yeah I agree, I hate people who flip out over credit. I help to run a fansite for a band called 'The Academy Is...' called Neighbors and I'd get people shoving their credit flipouts down my throat 24/7! I eventually just deleted all the candid shots that didn't have watermarks (i.e. company name, website, etc.) or weren't official photoshoots. -_-;
You should've just told em flat out that just because they took the picture, doesn't mean they own it. Unless they have a legal copyright, they can't say a damn word. Certain people over at Kevin Thorn's fansite like to pull shit like that too, but they don't own Kevin. WWE does.
EXACTLY! I hate people like that. The record label owns them and whoever else they work for, not the fans own them. If they seriously wanted people to know that they took the picture, then they should watermark their damn pictures instead of bs-ing to everyone about it. They should know that if they're gonna post their stuff online, it's gonna be found by fans of whomever's in the pic, and it's gonna get used!
That goes for candid pics, professional pics, amateur graphics, and professional graphics alike. If it's on the internet, it's going to be "stolen" and these immature little fangirls need to learn that. I used to bitch about stolen graphics, but yeah.. I finally thought about it. What the hell right did I have to bitch?!
