Dude, I so need to catch up with you guys. I feel like I'm completely out of touch with what you're doing! Part of it is that I still haven't worked out podcasts. I imagine I just need to click on the link... but work will block it. I need to look into them at home.

All the podcasts are downloadable mp3s, so you can listen to them on your iphone :-)
