He has recently made a comeback of sorts - on Windows 11 the paperclip emoji is him now, and in Microsoft Teams there's various sets of stickers including a set of Clippy stickers!
When I posted this entry it had been the first time I used the "clippit" tag (since until his comeback that was his more recent official name rather than Clippy) on an entry in this journal in about 14 years, lol.
