Dear every company that has been forced to make ANY sort of change AT ALL because of the coronavirus:

I hope people continue spending time getting to know thier families after we're allowed out again.

Yes. :)

I'm just afraid that the coronavirus social distancing thing might go on for so long that most of society gets used to it and doesn't change back to the way it was after the pandemic itself is over. Because I know I can NEVER get used to it. :(

I don't think EVERYTHING will go back to the way it was.

Also, by the time ANYTHING is back to normal, it'll be too late... I feel like I'm regressing. I've been way more irrational than usual. I'm having meltdowns way more often than usual.

It will. And no, it will not be "too late." And no, you are not regressing, either. Yes, you are being more anxious but that is normal since this is a big change all of a sudden...it will be okay.
